Working Hours: Monday - Friday (11am to 8pm); Saturday (11am - 3pm)

Job Scope:
Prepare shipping documents and handle customs declaration and Tradenet operations
Execute AWB based on CS instructions and comply with terminal/airline requirements
Attend to customers’ inquiries via email as needed
Respond promptly to customer complaints and inquiries, providing suggestions, solutions, or assistance with recovery actions
Work effectively in a team, communicating and understanding workflow
Undertake additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor/Manager
