Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media interactions, and chat messages.
  • Engage with clients to assess their needs, create tailored solutions, and recommend appropriate product offerings.
  • Respond to general and account-specific inquiries, delivering clear and concise information as required.
  • Utilize tools and resources to identify and anticipate client needs, ensuring a commitment to resolving issues at the first point of contact.
  • Achieve and exceed performance objectives, including client satisfaction ratings, sales and productivity goals, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field.
  • Experience in client servicing or within a call center environment.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure, especially during peak times or challenging situations.
