As our Wellness Consultant, you have an influence over our members by actively building a relationship with them and helping them to meet their wellness needs. Your contributions to our joint success
• Work with the team to achieve branch targets
• Attend to walk-in customers and all phone enquiries
• Promote and follow up on renewal of memberships
• Build and maintain rapport with existing and potential members
• Update members on promotional activities from time to time
• Assist in maintaining proper attendance records for all classes
What does it take to be a Wellness Consultant
• Candidates without work experience are welcomed
• Sales and service oriented
• Self-motivated team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work retail hours (5 days per week)
