We are currently seeking Office Admin Executive to join our team in a professional office environment. Your role as an office admin executive will include a hybrid role of Customer Service / Sales / Office Administration. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Assisting with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel industry
Some experience with Sales role will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and proactive approach to work
