Salary: Basic from $3000 - $3800 + VB (depends on company's performance)
Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm); Saturday (9.00am - 1.00pm)
Location: Bendemeer
Job Scope:
Oversee project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery per client expectations.
Manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and project costs to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Prepare and manage project schedules and deadlines.
Lead project meetings for issue resolution and progress updates
Handle change requests, managing impacts on schedules and budgets
Manage client expectation during project transitions
Oversee onsite work to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion
Apply for work permits and handle project-related admin tasks
Source subcontractors, suppliers, and materials when needed
