JOB DESCRIPTION of Service Crew as follows:
Prepare food according to customer’s order and serve timely order.
Check that the food is in good quality and maintain consistency in food portioning.
Keep the front counter in a clean and presentable condition.
Prepare and serve beverages according to S.O.P.
Take order and key in accurately at P.O.S.
Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Comply with cash handling procedures.
Keep marketing materials neat and tidy.
Assist the maintenance of the store in cleanliness.
Report to the Manager on any customer feedback.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
===========
1. Experience: Experience in an F&B or Restaurant environment preferred but not required
2. Skills: Service-oriented, Able to communicate and write in English
3. Must be a Singaporean / PR / Dependant Pass; for Foreigners, depends on whether MOM quota is available
4. Must be able to work on Rotating Shifts (Opening/Closing)
5. Position requires standing & moving around during the shift
6. Must be able to learn how to operate the core equipment
7. For Part-Timers, able to work from 2-4 days a week for a period of at least 4 months or longer; don’t have a lot of schedule constraints
8. For Full-Timers, able to work 6 days a week.
