Responsibilities
- prepare the store (front-of-house and back-of house) for operations
- handle hosting duties
- handle all customer queries
- provide excellent service experience to all customers
- perform cashiering duties
- Cooking/Grill the foods
- Clean as you go procedure, as well as closing procedures
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, and always keep the kitchen in excellent hygiene standards
- Manage all kitchen stock for daily operation
- Dishwashing
- handle cleaning of dining area, kitchen and storage area
- ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
Requirements
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- Experience Japanese Restaurant preferred
- Able to work shifts, weekends & Public Holiday
