Job Duties:
Manage Concierge Duties: Efficiently oversee all concierge responsibilities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Personalize Experiences: Attend to passengers' shopping needs, ensuring a tailored and positive experience.
Provide Shopping Recommendations: Offer personalized shopping suggestions based on guest preferences.
Share Product Information: Provide detailed information about brands and products to guests.
Promote Offers: Inform guests about current promotions and special offers.
Handle Inquiries: Address retail inquiries from passengers promptly and professionally, through face-to-face interactions, messages, video, and live chats.
Maintain Service Excellence: Uphold a high level of customer service in all interactions.
Support Operations: Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of concierge services.
Requirement:
Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service / retail experience
Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift
Working Hours:
- 0600 - 1530 / 1530 - 0100 (1 way transport)
- 0900 - 2100 / 2100 - 0900
- 0800 - 1730 / 1230 - 2200
