Job Duties:
Efficiently manage concierge duties to enhance the overall guest experience
Assist guests in wayfinding within the premises
Provide shopping recommendations based on guest preferences
Offer detailed brand and product information
Alert passengers about ongoing promotions and special offers
Handle passengers’ retail inquiries promptly and professionally
Address passengers' face-to-face, through messages, video, and live chats
Attend to passengers with shopping needs, ensuring a personalized and positive experience
Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth operation of the concierge services
Job Requirement:
Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service / retail experience
Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift
Other Information:
-Training & Uniform provided
-Working Hours:
(a)0600 - 1530 / 1530 - 0100 (1 way transport)
(b)0900 - 2100 / 2100 - 0900
(c)0800 - 1730 / 1230 - 2200
