Roles & Responsibilities
Retail products include lifestyle products and smart tech products.
Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by helping them select products.
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Responds to customers’ questions.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Manages financial transactions.
Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
Alerts management of potential security issues.
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Receive merchandise for servicing.
Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Clean assigned areas of the store; ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Manage customer service on warranty.
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Entry level experience welcome
Training will be provided
The ability to use a cash register
Strong level of professionalism at work
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work various shifts

Tiong Bahru Plaza
Working Hours + Salary
Full-time, Permanent
6 days a week: Weekday/Weekend
11am - 9pm
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month + Commission
