Job Description:

As an Outdoor Sales Executive at PDS, you’ll be the face of our brand, hitting the ground running to introduce our offerings to a diverse range of clients. Your mission? To expand our market reach, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. If you’re a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through direct visits, cold calling, and networking. Your sharp eye for opportunities will help us expand our client base.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive product/service presentations that demonstrate the value we offer, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing top-notch service and support that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently closing deals and bringing in new clients. Your competitive spirit and drive will keep you ahead of the game.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform your sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. You’ll provide regular updates to management on your progress and pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that your sales efforts are aligned with company goals and strategies.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver’s license is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
