  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
Location: Buona Vista
Salary: Up to 3.2k (+1-month completion bonus)

Job Scope:
Administrative operation

Managing business trip arrangement.
Managing Telcom contract and purchase of Telcom device.
Managing contract renewal, ensuring rates/services with vendors are renewed timely and enforceable through contracts.
Managing business card.
Managing internal platforms.
Updating materials, data entry and support the automation process within the CS team.
Support in the coordination and preparation of ad hoc activities (CSR, communications activities, and company’s events.)
To support front desk duties.
Participate in other ad hoc projects / duties as and when required.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration or a general field.
Good organizational, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Good in computer literacy and proficient in MS office, presentation software, spreadsheets, web-based collaboration, and document management platform.
Good spoken and written communication skills (English).
IT / Technical Savvy, prior experience in automating work processes; or possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
