Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HR operations, payroll management, HR systems, and recruitment processes. Familiarity with HRIQ systems and experience in learning and development (L&D) are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management:

Oversee and ensure accurate payroll processing for all employees.

Handle salary revisions, deductions, and bonuses.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

2. HR Operations:

Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Support in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.

3. HR Systems Management:

Manage and optimize the HR information system (HRIS) and HRIQ systems for efficiency.

Ensure HR data integrity and generate HR analytics reports for decision-making.

Drive improvements in the digital transformation of HR processes.

4. Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and fit with company culture.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, including payroll, recruitment, and HR systems management.

Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes.

Hands-on experience with HRIQ systems and other HRIS platforms.

Familiarity with L&D programs (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
