The Role

As a Brand / Senior Brand Marketing Executive (Marketing), you get to support and contribute to the overall marketing strategy at Mind Stretcher in a big way! You’ll get to drive and manage our brand across major platforms and channels, taking an omnichannel approach towards marketing. You’ll play a key role in shaping Mind Stretcher in our exciting growth phase!

A Day in the Life at MS

  • Take an omnichannel marketing approach and coordinate efforts across key marketing pillars, such as socials, collaborations, email, messaging, SEO, performance marketing, website, and onsite in centres.
  • Social media marketing: Conceptualise, manage, and optimise our organic social media accounts and content calendars. Foster and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms.
  • Collaboration: Establish and build relationships with KOLs and micro-influencers, brainstorm and execute on collaboration opportunities to enhance our presence across key social platforms. Also, collaborate internally with marketing, business, creative, and other teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment to business objectives.
  • Email and messaging marketing: Conceptualise, manage, and optimise our email and messaging marketing platforms and content calendars.
  • SEO & performance marketing: Contribute and coordinate efforts around SEO and paid performance marketing (paid search and paid socials).
  • Website, centres: Implement business-as-usual, tactical, and campaign-related updates on websites and onsite in our centres.
  • Analytics and insights: Leverage analytics tools to meticulously track and analyse key performance metrics across various key channels such as social media, email, messaging, SEO. Transform insights into actionable recommendations, optimising content, and marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of current consumer trends, social issues, consumer preferences, competitor trends to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
  • And anything else you think we can do to grow our brand!

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing and communications, with prior direct-to-consumer (D2C) omnichannel marketing experience.
  • Possess a degree from top university in business, marketing, or other relevant fields.
  • Passionate and has a creative flair for marketing and storytelling through captivating visuals and copywriting. Keen eye for visuals and aesthetics, and experience in creatives conceptualisation and production (graphics, short-form video content) is a big plus!
  • Social-media and tech savvy, and is creative in conceptualising brand campaigns that speak to customers, yet analytical in terms of tracking performance.
  • Strongly attuned to understanding customers, have deep understanding of consumer trends, with a particular emphasis on 25-40 year old millennial parents, and passionate about delivering superb customer experiences across various channels.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of best practices across online and offline marketing channels and platforms, and proven experience in driving business impact through marketing channels.
  • Excellent command of the English language in terms of writing, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
