JOB SUMMARY

Position Title: Patient Service Associate

Salary: Monthly Basic Up to $2,400 before allowance

️Company Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus ( 2- 3 months)

Location: Toa Payoh

Days & Time: Mondays - Sundays, shift work, 5 days / 5.5 / days / 6 days (shorted working hours)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles registration of patients' visit
Appointment scheduling
Collection of payment and provide financial counselling when necessary
Handle patients' medical records
Assist doctors with patient's medical review in the consultation rooms

OR


Handle and facilitate the admission and discharge of patient's visit
Appointment scheduling
Administration of patient's records

OR



Handle registration of patients' visits
Appointment scheduling, have to handle calls and emails
Handle billing and payment
Wards monitoring, prepare necessary medical documents for doctors' review
Coordinate the admission and discharge of patients
Perform swab tests for patients.


REQUIREMENT

Min GCE 'N' with relevant experience.
Customer service experience in the same setting will be an added advantage.
