Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer services
- Greet and respond to guest/client requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Present in professional appearance and mannerisms
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Facility Management Team
- Manage & support all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
- Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as requested by client
- Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Meeting Rooms / Event Areas
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in F&B / Corporate Event with good oral and written communication skills
- Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and client
- Great Team player
- Warmth and graciousness with the ability to function in a busy environment
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
Working hours:
- Mondays – Fridays, 7am - 4pm / 11am - 8pm
