Job Responsibilities

Benefits Strategy & Design
  • Review & recommend innovative benefit programs which will differentiate us as a leading company. Drive implementation of a Flexible Benefit program
  • Evaluate & recommend enhancements to benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends, benchmark data, and employee feedback to continuously improve benefits offerings
Communication & Engagement
  • Develop & deliver clear, engaging communications to educate employees about benefits offerings and changes
  • Ensure all relevant policies are updated on the intranet
Benefits Operations
  • Provide direction & support to Shared Services to manage administration of all employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with third-party vendors & benefits administrators
  • Manage relevant benefits-related escalation
Compliance
  • Manage benefit policies and benefits-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Vendor Management
  • Evaluate & manage relationships with benefits providers & brokers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service
  • Lead RFP processes for C&B vendors when necessary, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Compensation Projects
  • Engage in performance management and compensation projects as opportunities arise, including supporting key processes such as the annual compensation review
  • Conduct data analysis on C&B trends to offer recommendations for market competitiveness

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of benefits best practices, market trends, and regulation.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skill. Strong Excel skills preferred.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and management.
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently, takes initiative and be hands-on.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience. Having worked in a large business organization with multiple diverse business streams would be advantageous.
  • Functions well in ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
  • IHRP certification is a plus.
