- Take lead on project implementation and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
- To prepare and monitor project schedule, weekly site progress reports, as built drawings and etc.
- Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
- Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods
- Attend to architect/designer/client needs and requests;
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.· Leading project team for project execution

- Managing project budget and cost control
- Quality or standard of workmanship control
- General labour and workforce control
- Good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad, MS Project
- Proficient in English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Interiors Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working and can work independently.
- Applicants must be willing to travel when required.
- Willing to work long hours and weekend when required.
