Reliability and Maintainability Engineer

As part of the project team, you play a vital role in ensuring the development of reliable and maintainable electronics systems/modules. Your roles will include:
  • Develop and implement reliability and maintainability program to provide assurance on reliability and maintainability are designed into DSO developed systems/modules
  • Involve in gathering, deriving, specifying and reviewing the requirement as well as perform analyses through understanding of system design, failure modes and mechanisms
  • Develop and implement test plan to analyse and measure the reliability and maintainability of the system
  • Develop and implement test plan for newly developed electronic components and conduct failure analysis where applicable


Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Good analytical skill, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently to produce high quality work
  • Knowledge of micro-electronic device/ component construction and packaging
  • Knowledge in reliability, statistical and failure analysis technique will be useful
