Assistant Manager / Manager (Security Operations)

In this role, you will:
  • Review and analyse existing security processes, identifying areas for digitalisation and automation
  • Develop and implement security systems to enhance security posture
  • Collaborate with security governance and stakeholders to design and implement new security processes and end-to-end systems
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement effective security digital solutions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for security performance
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing security systems


Requirements

  • Degree in Data Analytics / Security Management / Security Technology
  • Possess strategic thinking and planning
  • Proven experience in digitalisation and process automation
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and possess a strong mission-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team and motivate team members to achieve work objectives
  • Strong communication and staffing skills to engage management, staff and team members to articulate security concepts and communicate security strategies
