This role is under the Shared Services (SS) branch, which is a centralized hub to support administrative and operational requirements for scholarships, awards and internships.
Job Responsibilities
Support yearly disbursement of stipends, allowances and monthly CPF contributions for scholarships.
Manage monthly disbursement of stipends and allowances for awards and internships.
Maintain accurate scholar information in the database.
Manage budget top-ups and recover excess funds from individual scholars as needed.
Assist in the review and updating of scholar allowance rates, ensuring alignment with policies and guidelines.
Support liquidated damages processes, including calculating amounts, tabulating payment instalments, preparing liquidated damages letters etc.
Monitor budget utilization and support bi-annual cashflow projection.
Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic financial / accounting knowledge is preferred.
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields are welcome to apply.
Candidates without prior experience but display good aptitude may be considered.
