  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure monthly closing accuracy, reporting requirement and deadlines are met.
Prepare monthly management report, financial analysis and audit schedules.
Advise AR/AP on the correct GL code & GST code entries.
Liaise with external auditors and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters.
Prepare budget and forecast.
Perform variance analysis on the financial performance.
Provide estimated PBT for Group Accountant.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting package for Group accountant.
Preparation of XBRL and liaise with company secretary for annual filing.
Preparation of payroll reconciliation.
Draft Financial Statement.
Prepare for monthly general ledger journal and closing activities.
Prepare monthly reports for related company balances and transactions.
Any ad-hoc duty assigned from time to time.

Education and Work Requirements:

LCCI or Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
2 years of relevant experience.
Possess good knowledge in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of AX ERP would be an advantage.
