As an Associate/Senior Associate in Business Development, Investor Relations, and Fundraising, you will lead key initiatives to raise capital and foster lasting relationships with investors, helping fuel our strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead Fundraising Efforts:

  • Work closely with leadership to craft and implement cutting-edge fundraising strategies.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the market and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
  • Take charge of the fundraising process by securing commitments from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

2. Collaborate with Internal Teams:

  • Partner with the investment team to understand and clearly communicate our firm’s strategy and performance.
  • Align with legal and compliance to ensure all fundraising efforts are fully compliant.

3. Build Strong Investor Relationships:

  • Cultivate deep, long-term connections with existing and potential Limited Partners (LPs).
  • Deliver engaging and insightful presentations and marketing materials to showcase the firm’s value.
  • Keep investors informed with regular updates on fund performance and deal flow.

4. Drive Strategic Business Development:

  • Help shape the firm’s strategic direction alongside the leadership team.
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to enhance our market positioning.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, building networks and identifying new deal opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-8 years in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development with a proven track record in fundraising.
  • Connections: A strong network within the private equity, investment banking, and high-net-worth communities.
  • Results-Oriented: You know how to lead fundraising campaigns and secure capital commitments.
  • Communication: You have exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence investors.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performing team.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a passion for driving growth.
