[What the role is]

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Business Partner with a strong accounting background. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and drive operational excellence across our overseas centres, while also playing a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies and systems transformation.

[What you will be working on]

Overseas Centres Operations
  • Take the lead in ensuring timely account closure and conducting in-depth financial analysis for robust management reporting.
  • Partner divisions to uphold compliance with internal policies and guidelines, serving as a key liaison for finance-related matters with our overseas centres.
  • Drive system transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with appointed tax agents to facilitate comprehensive tax reviews for our overseas centres.
Accounts Receivables
  • Provide oversight to the outsourced Accounts Receivables team, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage the revenue collection systems, optimizing processes for billing and collections.
Other Responsibilities
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects as assigned, leveraging your expertise to contribute to strategic initiatives and business growth.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:
1. Degree in Accountancy or possess an equivalent professional accounting qualification with at least 3 years of experience. Prior experience in Finance Business Partner and systems transformation will be considered a strong advantage.
2. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure within tight schedules.
3. Possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills, enabling seamless collaboration across functions and management levels.
4.Exhibit proactive, independent, and hands-on team-player qualities, with a commitment to upholding high work ethics.
5. Showcase a high level of analytical prowess and motivation, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the role.
