Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Assistant Manager for Digital Marketing & Communications to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the school’s digital marketing strategies, enhancing CEE’s brand, and creating engaging content across multiple platforms. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize communication efforts, ensuring alignment with the school’s overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and student recruitment.

  • Manage and create content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the school’s website.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support outreach efforts.

  • Analyse performance metrics from digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Design and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, SEO) and produce high-quality marketing collaterals.

  • Assist with event marketing, such as alumni engagements, open houses, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, or corporate brand building. Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) is a plus but not essential.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, Google Analytics) and desktop graphic publishing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong networking and collaboration abilities.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, who is diligent and self-motivated.
