You will be outsourced/ deployed to work as a Temp Hospital Admin
Location: Kent Ridge
Duration: 3/ 5/ 6/ 7 months contract dependent on department and department needs
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours
Salary: $12 - $13/ hour based on qualifications
Job scope:
Provide operational, admin support , monitor and track project progress
Handle administrative tasks such as onboarding and offboarding staff, updating of relevant records
Perform reminder calls, answering of phone calls and enquiries from different stakeholders
Liaise with patients and their employers and enroll them into the Return to Work Program
Basic Housekeeping
Job requirements:
Minimally a Local Diploma/ Degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin would be preferred
