Position: Night Shift ($2500 per month + OT)
Working hrs: Mon to Fri 830am-630pm (Day Shift) or Mon to Fri 9pm-630am (Night)
Document imaging services, handling of hard copy documents for scanning
Removing bindings, operate scanners to scan documents
Perform quality checks on documents, packing documents into archive boxes
Collaborate with the team to problem solve to ensure efficient service delivery that meets SLA
Move archive boxes weighting up to 6kg~10kg within storage area
Retrieve archive boxes promptly from the storage room in response to requests
Organize and maintain the inventory of archive boxes efficiently
Assist in periodic inventory checks and audits
