Reports To

Senior Manager, Western/ Eastern/ Central Region Commercial Sales

Role Purpose

Formulate, lead, execute, and oversee the entirety of sales and business operations in the designated region, with a focus on ensuring the utmost safety, optimal performance, and exceptional quality standards, all while staying within the designated budgetary parameters for the respective region.

Key Accountability

  • Strategise and direct the execution of commercial initiatives for the region to ensure effective delivery of key deliverables and respective revenue targets.
  • Provide strong leadership & support in the development, implementation & benefit realisation of the regions annual business plan to maximise revenue with prudent cost control.
  • Provide inputs to optimize sales revenue by driving & monitoring the route marketing, inventory & competitive pricing strategy that contributes to the improvement in routes profitability, yield and loads.
  • Monitor, analyse and review the regions sales performance, routes profitability, cost of sales and industry performance indicators to ensure any performance gaps are rectified in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain goodwill and relationship with both internal & external stakeholders such as Travel, Media, Corporate Business Partners, Tourism Boards, local authorities and attend industry functions on a regular basis to establish contacts, network and promote the interests of MAG.

Qualifications & Working Experience

  • Degree in any related fields with 10 years working experience preferably in Sales & Marketing
  • 10 years of working experience, preferably in Sales & Marketing.
