Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to spearhead our efforts in scaling our business and optimizing our revenue streams. This role will be pivotal in driving growth strategies and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities. You Will

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies that align with YouBiz’s overall business objectives. Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to accelerate our growth trajectory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue-related initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to shape sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Revenue Optimization: Analyze and refine revenue streams and implement cost-effective strategies. Utilize data to optimize pricing models, improve profitability, and enhance customer value.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas. Translate findings into actionable strategies that position YouBiz ahead of the curve.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish key partnerships and alliances that can amplify our market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on revenue performance, growth metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Take on special projects and initiatives as needed to support business goals and respond to emerging opportunities or challenges

You Are

  • Proven Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry. Demonstrated success in executing growth strategies.
  • Fintech Passion: Deep understanding of the fintech landscape with a track record of driving revenue in a high-growth environment. Experience with financial operations and payment solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Proven ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Collaborative Leader: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Dynamic and Proactive: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
