JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammer, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches.
- Performing all functions pertaining to the maintenance and repair of all installations,
- maintaining buildings, and testing of vehicles, equipment, and fire protection system.
- Supports and ensures all safety processes and initiatives are followed to maintain high
- standards of safety within the facility. Responsible for safety/environmental compliance
- Perform other duties equivalent to the same or lower classifications
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Good time management skills in prioritizing tasks and its completion.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / BACKGROUND
- Nitec in Mechatronics & Robotics
- Nitec in Technology - Mechanical Technology
- Ability to write and speak basic English.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Possess valid forklift licence.
- Ability to work as a team member at all times.
- Proven track records of ‘can-do’ attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
- Put Safety first by creating a work environment (Review safety data matrix on the number of safety incidents - property damages, injuries, etc)
