Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and Assistance: Welcome patients, visitors, and doctors at various entrances and counters. Enquire about their purpose of visit and offer directions or assistance.
- Complaint Handling: Address complaints and feedback professionally.
- Tours: Conduct maternity and hospital tours for potential patients.
- Membership Applications: Process walk-in membership applications.
- Email Inquiries: Respond to Guest Services and Membership email inquiries promptly.
- Patient Accompaniment: Accompany patients to their wards and conduct room or delivery suite orientation after admission.
- Hospital Items Management: Receive hospital items like gift packs, perform stock-take, deliver items to patients, and maintain inventory records.
- Support and Coverage: Provide support and cross-coverage for colleagues from Concierge, Bellhop, and Guest Services Associates during their breaks or absences.
- Other Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- GCE “N” Level or GCE "O" Level
- At least 1 years’ experience in healthcare or hospitality industries
- Demonstrates pro-active role in anticipating customer needs and delivering satisfaction.
- Possesses pleasant personality, service oriented.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Good Team Player
- 5 days work week including Saturday
