Job Responsibilities

  1. Greeting and Assistance: Welcome patients, visitors, and doctors at various entrances and counters. Enquire about their purpose of visit and offer directions or assistance.
  2. Complaint Handling: Address complaints and feedback professionally.
  3. Tours: Conduct maternity and hospital tours for potential patients.
  4. Membership Applications: Process walk-in membership applications.
  5. Email Inquiries: Respond to Guest Services and Membership email inquiries promptly.
  6. Patient Accompaniment: Accompany patients to their wards and conduct room or delivery suite orientation after admission.
  7. Hospital Items Management: Receive hospital items like gift packs, perform stock-take, deliver items to patients, and maintain inventory records.
  8. Support and Coverage: Provide support and cross-coverage for colleagues from Concierge, Bellhop, and Guest Services Associates during their breaks or absences.
  9. Other Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. GCE “N” Level or GCE "O" Level
  2. At least 1 years’ experience in healthcare or hospitality industries
  3. Demonstrates pro-active role in anticipating customer needs and delivering satisfaction.
  4. Possesses pleasant personality, service oriented.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  6. Good Team Player
  7. 5 days work week including Saturday
