THE POSITION

Title: Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented and data-driven HubSpot Specialist with a focus on Marketing Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and leveraging our HubSpot platform to drive marketing performance, enhance campaign effectiveness, and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a balance of strategic marketing insight, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of HubSpot tools.
In this role, you will benefit from the mentorship of highly skilled experts and you will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company. We are open to candidates from all countries and offer remote / hybrid work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying current and future needs.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
HubSpot Management:
  • Administer workflows, automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce integration for seamless data syncing.
  • Customize HubSpot dashboards to track KPIs and campaign success.
Lead Management:
  • Capture leads through forms, pop-ups, and CTAs; enrich profiles with detailed data.
  • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and personalized email workflows.
  • Oversee lead routing, assigning leads to sales reps, and ensure smooth CRM integration.
  • Generate reports on lead activity, funnel progression, and campaign ROI.
Marketing Operations & CRM:
  • Design and automate scalable marketing processes.
  • Maintain data hygiene within HubSpot (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation).
  • Align marketing and sales strategies for a smooth handoff between teams.
  • Integrate HubSpot with tools like Salesforce, Calendly, Monday.
Campaign Execution & Analysis:
  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across channels.
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results for improved performance and ROI.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate reports on key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversions).
  • Use HubSpot tools to deliver insights for campaign and lead generation optimization.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams for campaign consistency.
  • Act as the point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries and best practices.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot features and marketing trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations or digital marketing role, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot.
  • HubSpot certification(s) (e.g., Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software) are highly preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM management, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in setting up HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and reports.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions who enjoy a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work well with a multi-cultural global team
  • Willingness to work in a global, multi-time zone company environment
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. At the centre of the entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects
