Position Title: Business Process Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design business processes, monitor performance and conduct performance analysis as well as identify process gaps versus best practices
  • Manage various process improvement projects to support the company business strategy
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-organisational project teams to define, build and roll-out innovative technologies and business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Identify improvement opportunities through process reviews, automation solutions, process mining, digitalization and sharing and implementing best practices company-wide
  • Engage in process re-engineering, to reduce turnaround time for end-to-end processes and improve new customer onboarding experience
  • Update process and operation manual
  • Present project management and process improvement reports
  • Work closely with the senior leadership to identify opportunities and solutions as well as collaborate with other key internal and external stakeholders to implement cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Ensure strong communication and effective collaboration between various departments on project implementation to achieve positive rollouts
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Project Management or subject matter expertise in supply chain management with 5 to 10 years of experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementation of supply chain systems and process
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to identify cost-savings and improvement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
