Job Description

  • Position Title: Workshop Supervisor (Part-Time)
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (Half Day: 8 am – 1 pm / 1 pm – 6 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to Basic SGD 1500
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Workshop Operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule workflow to meet production targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repair of workshop equipment.
  • Ensure all tools and machinery are in optimal working condition.

  • Min 2 years of hands-on experience with industrial machines/tools.
  • Experience in workshop management within the industrial equipment rental sector preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of technicians.
