Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days (Tue - Sat, 8.30 am - 6.15 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,600 + OT + AWS + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service tasks, including handling inquiries, showroom duties, booking appointments, and marking slabs.
• Help with documentation and filing tasks.
• Work with the Operations Division to track order status and coordinate with customers for order fulfillment and delivery.
• Provide strong back-end support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, and samples, verifying payments, and arranging product training.
• Manage, prepare, and replenish collateral like samples and catalogs.
• Handle any other duties as assigned.
