Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Trading (Telecommunications)
  • Position Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Bukit Merah
  • Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri, 8.45 am – 6.00 pm; Alt Sat, 8.45 am – 1.15 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic up to $2,500 + Incentives + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer support before and after sales for products and solutions including network systems.
  • Assist with product support and conduct initial system set-up for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network and technical needs are met.
  • Instruct clients on how to use the products effectively.
  • Take the initiative to manage additional duties which include occasional special projects.
