Your contributions to our joint success
Handle recruitment activities to meet business needs, covering the spectrum of sourcing, posting via jobs portal, shortlisting, conducting interviews and selection of candidate for all positions.
Ensure that all company policies and practices are current and in accordance with the latest rules and regulations of the local laws and the Singapore Employment Act.
Liaise closely with MOM and other government agencies for the issuance and renewal of work employment passes for foreign employees in a timely manner.
Ensures accurate and timely tracking of all work pass requirements and employment contracts.
Assist to coordinate and manage all internal and external training activities with the respective parties involved.
Assist to conduct exit interviews, collate, generate reports for trend analysis.
Assist with the handling of employee grievances, counsel and resolve disputes encouraging restoration where possible.
Assist in planning and organizing recreational, motivational and team-building activities.
Ensure all employee master records, both soft and hard copies, are updated, maintained, and filed accurately.
Adopt an “open-door” policy to encourage employees to provide feedback in an appropriate and professional manner.
Provide assistance and administrative support to any other projects and duties as assigned.
What does it take to be a Human Resource Officer
Diploma in related discipline preferred.
Strong knowledge of local Employment Act and a good understanding of HR policies and practices.
Knowledge of Times Software will be an advantage.
