Responsibilities
- Work closely with a small team and build high-quality web applications
- Build responsive web user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices and React.js framework
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases using RESTful APIs
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility including mobile-friendly experience
- Ensure excellent code quality
- Assist and support the team with testing, troubleshooting and optimizing the web apps to make sure they run smoothly on web platform
- Studying/graduated in computer science, engineering, mathematics or another relevant field (preferably Batchelor’s or similar degree)
- Hands-on experience in web programming using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Bootstrap
- Hands-on experience in React.js, Vue.js, Next.js or Angular.js frameworks (React.js preferred)
- Ability to write well-documented and clean code
- Experience in RESTful APIs and JSON data format
- Experience in API design and integration
- Experience in Git version control
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a small team and independently
- Entrepreneurial and experimental mindset
- Positive can-do attitude and teamwork spirit
- Innate curiosity and passion to learn and develop your skills continuously
- Fast learner
- Knowledge of best practices in UX and web design is a plus
