We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Scalp Image Annotators. Specifically, you will use our online annotation platform to identify and label specific scalp features, such as

Global conditions: scalp wrinkles, dead skin, oil coating, etc.
Local conditions: follicles, dandruff, pimples, etc.

Compensation:

First Month: SGD 0.10 per image
Following Months: SGD 0.20 per image

Weekly Target: 1,000 images

Note: There is no penalty for falling short of the weekly target. Unless shortfall is significant and persists for two consecutive weeks.

Orientation Week

We will provide a comprehensive Annotation Guideline covering all rules and scenarios.
Full training will be provided by our staff to ensure familiarity.
Mistakes made during this period will not be penalized. However, if you decide to terminate the contract within the first two weeks, these errors will be assessed and penalized according to our Quality Assurance Policy.

Quality Assurance Policy

Weekly Review:
Every Monday, we will conduct a review of your annotations from the previous week.
Conflict Resolution:
When discrepancies arise between your annotations and the AI-generated suggestions, an issue will be flagged on CVAT.
You will be responsible for reviewing the flagged images and deciding whether to agree or disagree with the AI suggestions.
Handling Review Suggestions:
Agree: If you agree with the AI’s suggestion, the annotation will be counted as an error.
Disagree: If you disagree, schedule a meeting with our staff to discuss the review. The Annotation Guideline will serve as the ultimate reference. If your annotation is deemed correct after discussion, it will not be counted as an error. Conversely, if the AI’s suggestion is correct, your annotation will be considered an error.
Compensation Criteria Post-Review:
1 error: No penalty; full compensation provided.
2 errors: 50% deduction from the compensation rate.
3 or more errors: No compensation provided.
