Job Duties
Greet and welcome visitors, usher them to meeting rooms and serve beverages.
Manage and maintain the reception area and meeting rooms.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, flight bookings and travel arrangements as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
Assist with ferry bookings and manage card applications.
Support office equipment maintenance by assisting with inventory management and coordinating repairs.
Assist in administrative and office support activities, such as photocopying, scanning, binding, name cards requisitions and filing as needed.
Prepare monthly cost reports and cost allocation reports for various expense items.
Maintain security by issuing access cards to all staff and visitors.
Assist with pantry inventory and supplies when needed.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimally 3 years of experience related to customer service / Receptionist
Preferably GCE "N" Level
Ability to communicate in English and be proficient in a second language and/or converse in dialects as the work requires interaction with a large number of clients from diverse background.
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Additional Information:
Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm
