The Opportunity

Opportunity to work in a well-known Pharma MNC
Duration: 1 year renewable contract
Salary Range: $2500-$2800
Benefits: Yearly bonus, Transport + Mobile allowance available
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm


Job Scope



Perform inventory management-related functions such as monitoring slow moving/dead stock, conducting cycle counting and yearly inventories etc
Increase Company revenue by controlling customer spending, providing daily customer service functions, and collaborating with the customer relative to inventory management.
Perform purchasing functions such as providing level 2 and 3 ESS support (B/O, DFS, or 3P Support)
Perform shipping coordination activities such as shipping customer material, preparing shipping documentation and packaging requirement
Maintaining inspections on safety stations and equipment.


Requirements

Previous 2-3 years experience in Shipping, Inventory, Purchasing, Logistic is a must
Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
Intermediate computer skills, especially MS office suites such as Excel and Words
Comfortable and able to communicate effectively - handling enquiries and replying to emails and calls
