Photocopier Service Technician (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Photocopier Service Technician with experience in photocopier repair, especially with Ricoh machines, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Installation and Commissioning: Setting up photocopier machines and ensuring connectivity at customer premises.
• Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing equipment both on-site and off-site.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving maintenance and repair issues.
• Tool and Supply Management: Managing tool kits, spare parts, and consumable supplies accurately.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance and adjustments in the field.
• Customer Support: Providing outstanding support by meeting customer response time needs.
• Meter Reading: Submitting meter readings in a timely manner.
• Training: Providing training and advice to customers on the operation and basic maintenance of machines.
• Professional Interaction: Maintaining a professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Relationship Building: Establishing good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Additional Duties: Performing any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Language Skills: We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience:
  • Hands-on repair/service experience with any brand of copier machines, such as Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, etc., is preferred.
  • Those without relevant experience but with a keen interest and commitment to learning are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
• License: Valid driving license is required.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation.
• Technical Skills:
  • PC literate and familiar with basic network knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in networking/installation is an advantage.
