Sales Associate - Fashion

Well-known Finnish lifestyle design company renowned for its original prints and colors. The company’s product portfolio includes high-quality clothing, bags and accessories as well as home décor items ranging from textiles to tableware. They are seeking talents who are fashionable, highly motivated, and can communicate confidently.

Job Responsibilities

• Embrace the Brand and follow training guidelines and standards to reflect the brand's standards and image.
• Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills and exhibit motivation to succeed
• Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.
• Proactively develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing excellent product knowledge, overcoming objections, and offering appropriate additional items (link selling)

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks are required.
