Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of security technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
