ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Responsible to plan and execute sales and channel development, maintain trade relationships, and achieve revenue, profitability, and brand positioning targets. Maintaining brand marketing standards. Adhering to and assisting with budgets reviewing P & L and ensuring sales revenue is align with the forecast objectives. Scope includes multi brand channels and Distributors in SEA and Pacific region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Marketplace

  • Manage and support the distribution partners and Key Accounts to achieve sales, profitability, inventory, and accounts receivable targets.
  • Deliver and monitor partner’s annual business plans and monthly sales and inventory reports.
  • Drive the Key Account management process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to land marketing campaigns and initiate monthly promotions to enable target achievement.
  • Oversee claims, counterfeit products and unauthorized sales channel and ensure that all issues are channeled correctly and resolved.
  • Visit retail and distribution partners to understand operations and business needs.
  • Assist ad hoc projects and assignments e.g., Key account events, promotions, training.

Reporting

  • Manage the Sales and Operations process (S&OP), forecast for current and coming seasons. Report and represent the business unit in internal ops and forecast meetings.
  • Contribute to the ‘Go-To-Market’ with forecast preparation, feedback consolidation.
  • Assist Senior Management in monitoring partner contracts and work on contract renewal.
  • For each major sell-in season (trade show), work closely with sales planning team in preparing product assortment and price build plan to achieve maximum sell-in results for SEA marketplace.
  • Monitor the collection of account receivable and monthly ship figures and ensure that company targets are met.

Operations

  • New account set-up in SAP.
  • Price and order management.
  • Seasonal orderbook review and communication with Distributors.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Fluent English and excellent MS Office skills
  • Business acumen, communication, continuous learning, data analysis, risk analysis, info monitoring.
  • Frequent travel may be required.
