This is a Retail Ambassador role, for which you will provide leadership and direction to a group of team members. Be responsible for driving sales, team management, inventory control, sales promotions and delivering quality customer service.
Job Scope
Responsible to meet weekly target.
To provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers
To possess excellent product understanding
Manage in store operations (packing of orders)
Inventory management (Monitor stocks movement, slow/fast selling items, stock checks, Inventory stock in/out), quality checks.
Working closely with branch Manager, make sure store is fully stocked with product and collection all the time.
Maintain an excellent service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
Ensure sales staff's dress code and personal presentation is of the highest standards.
Visual merchandising (VM) skills are a bonus
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
Ability to work independently to manage the store and a small team
Demonstrate initiative and thinking on one's feet to resolve retail related matters
Comfortable with working with small jewellery bits and jewellery tools and machinery
Ensure retail team is well trained and updated regularly on product/SOP changes
Good eye for jewellery and fashion to offer suggestions to customers
Able to work 5 days a week (including one weekend). Minimum commitment of 6 months.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Singaporean or PR only.
