  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We also operate in business areas such as strategic consulting for luxury brands entering the Asian market and organising international art and cultural events.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at ISETAN or TAKASHIMAYA in Orchard. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store operations, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and optimizing communication within the store. We are expanding the buisness due to joint business with the biggest golf / sport apparel company in Korea.

Qualification

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Ability to lead a team and drive sales
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in retail management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
