Job Summary:
The Research Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting quantitative research projects within the field of digital public health. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful research initiatives, build strong networks in healthcare and develop expertise in quantitative research methods.



Responsibilities:
  • Research Support: Contribute to ongoing research project and RCT
  • Literature Reviews: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to identify relevant research and theories.
  • Quantitative Data Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses using STATA, R, Pytthon to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Data Management: Collect, manage, and clean primary and secondary data for research projects.
  • Research Communication: Contribute to the writing of research reports, policy briefs, and journal articles.
  • Manuscript Preparation: Prepare manuscripts for submission to academic journals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to research projects.


Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Research Experience: Have at least two years of relevant research experience as a full-time Research Associate.
  • Quantitative Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in using statistical analysis software such as STATA, R or Python.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Commitment: Commit to at least one year of service.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with social policies related to end-of-life care and health.
  • Familiarity with data visualization.
  • Familiarity with user analytics such as Google Analytics or similar.
