Job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to oversee the store's day-to-day operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll manage everything from inventory control to staff management, ensuring smooth store operations and a great shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory, ordering, and store cleanliness.
Recruit, train, and coach employees.
Create a positive, teamwork-focused store culture.
Schedule shifts for optimal staffing.
Ensure excellent customer service through role modeling and training.
Monitor product quality and compliance with regulations.
Drive sales through promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Oversee store budget and financial performance.
Organize staff training to boost knowledge and service.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the service industry, with at least 3 years in a store management role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Familiarity with local employment, health, and safety regulations.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
