Job Summary

Assist with the planning, creating and implementing TWG Tea marketing plans and campaigns. Work closely with cross-department colleagues and external partners / agencies to deliver effective brand and retail marketing activations across local and international markets.

Primary Relationships

This position reports directly to Global Brand Marketing Manager and be part of the marketing team at headquarters.

Within the organization, this position has primary working relationship with Marketing, Public Relations, Digital, Sales, Design, Warehouse and Operations teams as well as TWG Tea subsidiary and franchise partners worldwide.

Outside the organization, this position will also get to interact with retail malls, partners, media and translation agencies, and any other service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing plans aligned with global marketing strategy and brand goals
  • Develop marketing collaterals and contents for headquarters and adapt to different markets and languages
  • Support and execute retail promotions, performance and email marketing, media planning and advertising, consumer events / sponsorship and partnership programme
  • Work closely with sales and retail operations team to support local and corporate needs
  • Understand and analyze different partners’ needs and creatively strategize to develop market-specific solutions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
  • Prepare summary of key marketing activation across markets for best practices sharing
  • Compile consumer insights, analyze current market trends and propose new marketing opportunities where possible

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in marketing, communications or similar equivalent
  • Prior experience working in luxury, retail or F&B sector would be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields preferred
  • Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with associates from North Asia markets)
  • Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Result-driven and able to work under pressure
